new look!

   So, Simply Saved has a brand new and refreshed look! I was playing around on Gimp and came up with my header. I also found my font on the internet when I was looking for some to design with. I instantly fell in love! It's messy but simple, and pink in so feminine and pretty. I wanted a clean simple design to start off Summer on my blog, because Summer has officially begun! It's so exciting to know I can relax. And what better way to do that than with water? Lots and lots of water. Like pools, sprinklers,and water bottles at the ball field. Oh, and giant rain puddles filled with mud.

I'm telling you, all the kids has mud splatters and water drops all over them. They were splashing and jumping all in the mud puddles. They built mud piles and sailed ships in the water like it was the best day ever. And I say we should let them, because they are only a kid once. And you only get this moment once. So seize it and forget what a mess they will be or the clothes you will have to wash, because in the long run that is not what we will remember. It will be the laughs and the screams as they get splashed by other kids. Its the funny action shots you get of kids jumping over the water like some kind of superhero. And they're not afraid, even though they already have a cast.

So I say lets play in the rain and jump over puddles while we can. Because life is short. I want to seize the moments and live in them, not regret not doing them while I had the chance. Because we are not guaranteed tomorrow. So why wait? Why not now? Let's live today because its the only one you will get. Make the most of it.
