We won the lottery!....eh sorta

     Okay so we lost by one number, but we still won some cash. We were pretty excited. Do a victory dance! So we bought another one, but you know what is really awesome? My mom bought the ticket for her birthday! How funny is that? Maybe your birthday is the luckiest most blessed day of the year. Yeah blessed. I believe we are blessed not lucky, but thats just my opinion(: Anyway I'm straying away from the original subject. I would love to win the whole lottery, but I don't need to. I have been blessed in many other ways, like a loving family, health, a roof over my head, three meals a day, and a loving savior who died for me. So I'll be thankful for what we got,because it could have been nothing. And now I can say we won the lottery(;

        Now I wasn't planning on writing anything else on this post but this seemed kind of important--- I'm sure you heard about the tsunami in Japan. And when I first heard about it I was wondering what was going on really. I've heard of a tsunami before, watched specials about them, news reports and such. But what was ironic it that I was watching a special on waves and of course tsunamis were included two nights before. It was pretty fascinating learning about the force of waves generated  and how they are measured. But seeing it happen to real people and not just computer generated images is pretty horrific in itself. When I turned on the news this morning to see what was happening and catch up I found out at least three hundred bodies found so far. It was so sad to  see that so many people's lives taken away so suddenly. And then they were showing video when the earthquake hit, and lets just say. I. Would. Freak. Out. Yeah that says it all right there. Total. Freak. Out. And trust me its not pretty when I freak out. Haha. Anyway, all I can say is we should pray for them and I also heard Hawaii, California, and Washington got hit with some waves too or had warnings or something. So as we sit and watch we can also pray. Pray for the mourning families who have lost loved ones but also pray that nothing else to devastating happens. 


     And some exciting news! This is my 50th post! Woohoo! Just thought I would throw that in here! I personally think that I have grown so much as a blogger, and I can't wait to grow even more. So maybe I'll do something special for my 100th post. Maybe, because that is gonna be a while. Although I did not visit this blog as much as I should have a while ago I decided to get it up and running and lets just say I am so, so glad I did! I love blog designing and how it got me into photography. I think it got me closer to God too. Writing my feelings down and learning the do's and don'ts about blogging. It's helped my 'texting' too. U kno when u type like this(; Okay so it wasn't that bad but like I said " I love moi's blog!"
