Sigh.

So we took my little brother to the doctor to test him for strep and the flu.......his flu test came back positive. The doctor said it's highly contagious and that it will probably pass through all of us, but to help stop the flu there's some kind of medicine call tamaflu (I think that's how you spell it?).  It's about a hundred dollars each!  Why would they make something to help people so expensive? So we didn't get it. But you know I always thought I would be fine having the flu, better than the stomach bug/stomach flu/stomach virus right?  Just a bad cold right?(p.s. I haven't had the flu since I was a baby)  No.  Not worse but definitely not any better.  Signs include soar throat, headache, aches and pains,fatigue,some other stuff I can't remember...and sometimes vomiting and diarrhea. (ew right?) Sigh.  So I guess we'll see how it all plays out but until then have a happy (and hopefully healthy) weekend!
